Car insurance through the roof

Never had any company try to increase the premium at the six month mark.

I shopped around in February and many well known companies were only doing 6 months. The agents said they would typically increase the policy by 10% at the next 6 month renewal so I stayed with my long term company whose rate would be less expensive over the 12 month renewal.

This is why it should never have been required by law. They can screw us and all we can say is thank you sir, may I have another. Just like health insurance.
