    I found this seasoned shoulder at Aldi. They had BBQ and Carnita flavored seasoning. I chose the Carnita, it's small, about 2 1/2 pounds.

    I used the crackpot. The directions said 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High. Not being a patient person, I went with 4 High. It smelled glorious when it was cooking. When it was done I took two forks and pulled it apart. It just fell apart, the easiest of any pulled pork I've ever done.

    I put some on a tortilla with some cheese and pico de gallo .

    Slow and low and while you're at it throw thyme, tarragon, salt, pepper and some coca cola in there. Coke will cook off and caramelize.
