    Texas, ya'll
I had considered doing something similar, but with a U-shaped arrangement of 3 of the 40 ft containers with a square connecting room on the back two corners. I wanted the 40 ft open span so that it could be used as a hangar. The support points on the shipping containers are basically just the corners, IIRC. You will need to take that into consideration when designing your roof truss system.

Probably something similar to the left side, in the side.
    Looks like maybe back further.

Why cut a hole and not have it extend to the outside???? The one I'm talking about is in the end of the right container in the first picture and not in the second picture. Only explanation I can come up with is 2 different builds.

In the first picture, the holes on the right side are for windows.
Just like in the top unit, same picture.

The front hole in the bottom I'm unsure of, but I think it's all the same, judging from the trees.

    That's only 10 yds?
    Give it take

The surface slopes from left to right
The pad is only about 2 inches on the left and it goes to 6 inches on the right

The space inside the containers only took about 4 yards to do
The aprons in front I just put a overcovering of what was already there to level it out

    Thank you I appreciate that
right now the trusses are paid for and I have the money to buy the tubing to tie the trusses together it will probably be a month before I had the money to buy they are panel roofing
