Nope. I need to find another state. I got tagged with the $25 when I bought my Mossberg 590 at the Big 5 store as well. That's the typical charge here in Las Vegas, and probably Nevada.

i work less than 2 miles from this new gun shop. when i read about it in the paper the other day i decided to stop in and take a look around. i talked with the owner for a bit and he is a real cool guy and he said that even with the people complaining about him being there the article in the paper has gotten him some good business and people stopping by to show support. he doesnt have a huge selection yet but its a decent little shop.
