If you are stopped for a traffic violation in Texas, and asked for identification, you are required by Texas law to show your CHL along with your driver's license. How about if you are travelling through other states, such as New Mexico or Arizona (which have reciprocity agreements with Texas) or California (which does not honor Texas CHL's)? Are you required to show your CHL in these other states?

I'm not interested in your opinion or your guess. I would like some factual information from someone who knows the answer.

    Thanks..............

    Cut it out.

The answer is obvious... it's dependent upon the state's laws. All laws are public domain, and can be found on online portals that contain individual state's penal codes.

I would not trust a website that is not furnished with the actual statutes that have been updated to current legislation.

For what it's worth... if you want help, it's generally not the best idea to preface your answers with demands.
