So, if a couple of Yorkies bite someone, they should ban Yorkies from the dog shows. Horseshit. It's forced segregation of the classic musclecars from the elitist closet tranny Ferarri/Lambo crowd.

I've never been to this cars and coffee meets but I've been to a few.

I saw this announcement in November. The main culprit laughed at the ban and posted several burnout videos right after the announcement. Really helped his case.

The group that caused the ban was better suited for street and intersection takeovers.

I also have a Challenger, but I'm not reving the engine or burning out at every stoplight or parking lot.(tires are to damn expensive, about $600 a piece)

I used to take my 1982 Ferrari to a cars and coffee. Met many amazing people and saw even more amazing cars. I specifically appreciated the meticulously maintained Packard, a well tuned Pantera, and we had several 12 cylinder Ferraris as regulars.

I stopped attending after the hot rod Subarus began to outnumber us. The burn outs and street racing crowd was not my scene.

If I pick up another vintage classic, we will find invitation style events. So I fully understand the sentiment.
