I am looking at trying my hand at CASS. I am looking at getting 1-2 .45LC revolver's, been looking at the Uberti's and Ruger Vaqueros, just don't know what one would be best for starting out. I also am looking for a .45LC repeater. Like the Uberti that I saw at the Lubbock gun store. But just looking for information as well as guns for sell so that I can try it out. I also would like a good side by side shottie, Stoger or equivalent, for the practice. So if anyone has some of these items that they are looking at off loading let me know.

    Thanks

Do you have to use 45 LC? If not, if may be worth looking at 357 instead. I have the vaquero in both and love both, but competition wise it seems like the 357 may be easier to handle and cheaper to shoot. Also, you could still find a lever action in 357 if you went that route. That said, I am very impressed with how accurate my fixed sight vaquero in 45LC is.
