Someone stocked up and realized they didn't need it. Considering it's a cash in hand, meet in person deal, the risk is low if you meet in public.

I've never used the site before...tried to send message...not sure if it went through. Thanks for the tip(not that I NEED MiniMags; but this appears to be a pretty good deal). We shall see.
