Offline maps, man... When I really need a map, I'm in a place with no service anyways.

What's wrong with the map on the in-dash GPS? :D

In vehicle maps usually have issues. I've been lucky in my last three vehicles, they were all spot on but some manufacturers use shit maps and the updates cost around 200 dollars when your phone is free.

Have an IPhone 7. Camera is horrible if you want it to open and work when you hit the app. More than half the time I get a locked blurry screen that sometimes clears after 5-10 seconds and sometimes requires reopening the app several times before t works.

    Also, the headphone jack bullshit.

Bluetooth glitches when connected the speakers in my motorcycle helmet. Just cuts in and out. Wasn't an issue with other phones (including iPhone 4 and 5)

    Google maps.
You can download areas where you know you'll have no service.
I used it last September up in Platoro CO.
    It's free.

I tried it out in the LR before I bought it just to make sure it works and haven't used it since. Never been a fan of the in car systems... The cell phone or stand alone GPS systems always work better.

That Caterpillar phone with the infrared camera looks promising. Unfortunately you can only buy it from Cat.
    CAT S60

I have it, love it... dropped it a million times already.

Only downside is I don't know when they're going to roll out the new Android version, if ever. It has 4.4 now. No biggie though.
