DC the ones making the rules these days are NOT reasonable, sane, and responsible people.
It's that simple. The sheep wanted a care taker and Mr. Obama is that socialistic sheep herder that wants everyone to feel all warm and fuzzy while he places this nation on the path to ruination.
Intel is one of the main key's to winning a war.
If you stifle the intel community then anything bad that happens you can blame the last administration for.
