I doubt they'd allow a person open carrying.

I bet they sent a scout in there to eat a couple of hours before POUTS came in.

Most of the time they have advance notice and recon the place, set up perimeter, etc. Once in a while POTUS makes an impulse move, and they do not have a lot of advance notice. They would ask the person to leave, or they would not go there if there are too many folks with guns.
