Hopefully the next bunch of scum will have heard about the shooting and decide not to steal.I feel for the guy who shot the suspect.I know that he is going thru a lot of BS from the police.I shot someone during an armed robbery and I was treated like the criminal.

I can tell you first hand that shooting someone is one of the hardest thengs you might have to do , but the court system is the next part, I spent 6 years in court over a shooting.

I hope this guy has a lawyer thats up to the long time frame.

it looks and sounds like a good shoot.

Well when I was working in law Enforcement I performed a traffic stop and it turned in to a gun fight where I used deadly force to stop the treat and the aftermath was I got no Billed in the grand jury , then the family of the Bad guy sued me for 11 million dollars along with the County for wrongful death and after 6 years and 3 different courts I was cleared both criminally and civilly. So I hope this new Castle law helps this gent .

I will post about my shooting more later in a new post

God bless Joe Horn and Texas!!!

On November 16th, Joe Horn killed two burglars.

A very big media deal at the time.

Today, it is apparently forgotten as I can find no updates.

God bless Joe Horn and Texas!!!

Yep, I heard he got off the hook because of an undercover LEO witnessed it.

It's good. All it takes is one case like that to be referenced any time someone defends their home, or a neighbors.
