A Philadelphia man taking a smoke break outside his home "turned the tables" on an armed would-be robber when he pulled out his own legal gun and fatally shot him, according to police.

Many "news" outlet could really use an editor. Some of the stuff you see reported is just hilarious to read.
Good outcome, homeowner was not hurt or victimized. Good for him. Now he will be probably facing civil lawsuits from the surviving widow to feed the family of the deceased.
