"In a video posted on Twitter, a woman who has been identified as Seattle City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant, said Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos would be defeated if he tried to oppose what has become known as the “Amazon tax.”

“We are coming for you and your rotten system,” Sawant said. “We are coming to dismantle this deeply oppressive, racist, sexist, violent, utterly bankrupt system of capitalism -- this police state. We cannot and will not stop until we overthrow it and replace it with a world based instead on solidarity, genuine democracy and equality -- a socialist world.”"

And there you have it. This racism, BLM stuff is nothing mite than a warm up. Once the ball has started rolling it’s going to be racism is caused by capitalism and the whole repeat the Lenin fiasco is off an running.

President Trump and his supporters laugh at the 'demands' and goofy hyperbolic threats...these pipsqueaks get to make noise because their commie media buddies promote it...it's merely asshole generated wind....

We 'demand' this, that, and the other.

    Uh-huh!

With your demands and $5.00 at starfuks, you might get a cup of low-grade coffee, otherwise your demands and protests are mere shouting at clouds bs.

There's millions and millions of us armed Capitalist 'normals' who aren't crowded into cities that laugh at your presumption...smallfry.

Try starting a race war or a so-called equality war - you'll all die hideous deaths.

Same reason the city managers are bat shit crazy, too. These people decided that they wanted to rule somewhere and change it to meet their personal vision, so they flock to these places, build the networks, and make a run at it.

All those people seek out places supportive of their agenda and then exploit that support.
And here in “conservative Texas” at a debate for District 17 US seat, a candidate was asked about federal grants and money for schools. She replied fed gov should have no say in schools, including universities. Of course this being home to A&M she was highly ridiculed. In a district with over 750k people, she received less than 1,200 votes. Folks don’t seem to really want conservatism when it affects them.

As you said the left flocks to areas supportive of their ideas and makes their bad ideas worse, encouraging each other. We had a shot at an actual conservative and instead we’ll end up getting a former congressman from another district who has already served 10 terms.

Many years ago, working in corporate America, I saw the shift towards being more politically correct. I saw the shift in hiring college educated idiots, that had never done the jobs of the people they were supervising, or suppose to be leading.

I can only suspect, that in many of those companies I use to work for, that things have probably gotten worse, and not better in the environments they were making for the employees.

I saw it over twenty years ago, and knew it was time to get out out of that toxic environment, before it killed me.

As a supervisor and a manager, I had learned to lead by example and to treat those under me with respect, and to be tough, but always fair and to temper judgements with mercy. I tried to inspire loyalty in those under me, and knew that I had to return them the same courtesy.

The last couple of years I worked as service manager of fleet operations, I was tasked with "teaching" college kids how to be a service manager in running the operations of trucking fleet. Not one of them had a clue about trucks, trailers, or what it takes to keep them operating in safe and efficient manner. Many of them, had never changed the oil in their own vehicle, or even changed a flat. Most of them could tell you the difference between a screwdriver, or a hammer. This what the future of many companies were deciding to go with!

I had started out at the bottom in my uncles two bay shop, sweeping floors, running parts and being a general flunky and gopher. I worked my way up over the years learning more and more every year. By the time I get to sit behind a desk and lead an entire operation, I knew everyone's job in the shop, and could do every one of those jobs as good as, or better than any other man in that shop. I never asked anyone to do a job that I wasn't willing to do myself, or hadn't done at some point in getting where I was.

I doubt that many managers today can say the same thing!
