Numrich Gun Parts up in NY has so far supplied me with everything I've required for my little 03' Colt including springs, magazines, and grips.
It is doubtful, however, that they can provide both a frame and slide on this somewhat obsolete pistol, leaving your only course of action to buy a second 03' in beater condition as a parts gun.
