Alright guys and gals. It's time to get some more feedback on how we can improve the site. Here's some questions for you, and feel free to add your own comments.

1.) Do you like the new Hometown section with the events broken down into major metro area?
2.) What are some good articles (topics, how-tos, etc.) you'd like to see on the forum?
3.) What would you like to see added to the forum?
4.) What is the worst part of the forum?
5.) What is a charity in Texas that you'd like to see us support?

Lastly, if we do another run of T-Shirts, would you be interested in buying one? The last run was $13 / shirt. I need to know approx. how many we will be needing.

1) Makes it easy to key in on area events. Thumbs up!

2) Topics- not sure on this, the current site covers 99% of everything I need.

3) Free beer! (someone had to say it!) ;)

4) Worst part? Having to leave it to get work done...

5) Charity...Stevens and Pruett's Ranch gets a vote from me.

T-shirt? 2x, please. I missed out on the last one.

1.) Yes - Makes it extremely easy to find out what I need to know in my local area.
2.) How to lap a barrel along with an explanation of just what it does for you, how to refinish metal parts / other parts using items like DuraCoat and KG Gun Kote, etc..., individual sections on how to completely disassemble / reassemble certain weapons - I.E. - "Springfield XD", "Glock", "Remington 700ADL", etc...
3.) I'm good with current content.
4.) Some of the bickering / complaining that takes place - but I can just choose not to read it if I don't want to, so it's not really a problem.
5.) Not really sure in TX. I'm not up on local charities well enough to make a recommendation.

All the best,
Glenn

1) Like the ability to look at local stuff.

2) I think you can speicalize topics to death.....can't think of one now - if we do, it can always be added, right?

3) Could you get rid of some of these ugly guys, and bring in cute hotties instead?

4) I think the worst part was when we lost the guns for sale section - this place got quieter'n a tomb for a while!

5) A gun rights group. I don't care if they're a charity or not - but we need to support our own!

Something *somewhat* radical possible on the tshirts?

I'm new here, so what I have to say is probably worth less than everyone else but : 1) Awesome. 2) I'm still too busy pouring over old threads to make an informed statement on this one. 3) I'm still looking for that super secret hidden porn forum someone mentioned on an Alex Jones thread;). 4) Not finding number 3. :p 5) Any pro -2nd. And as far as shirts, heck yes, but only if they come in quadruple extra fat ass. I'm uh, big boned. And I need to cover my weaponry. Note: I apogolize for the lack of formating, evidently I'm not smart enough to get them to line up one over the other.

1) Neutral. I'm busy shooting NRA Bullseye and High Power matches, so I don't check the metro area stuff....besides I'm out here in the sticks.
2) Seems like a lot is covered now. If I want to fix my AR, for example, I'd probably go over to www.ar15.com to get the answer.
3) Split out the reloading section in to reloading only and put the "I can't find ammo" guys in their own section.
4) (a.)The bickering, (b.) guys who type in all lower case with no punctuation and (c.) guys who ask a question, but never come back and say whether it helped or not and the thread keeps on going with a life of it's own and you never hear from them again.
5) TSRA; everyone should be a member and we could support their Junior Shooting program since they seem to win at Camp Perry each year. One of them just got accepted to West Point.

I haven't been here long enough to comment. So far I am happy that there is an area for Fort Worth as I come from South Texas and know squat about North Texas, but learning.

1.) Do you like the new Hometown section with the events broken down into major metro area?
Yes. I like seeing what is going on local.
2.) What are some good articles (topics, how-tos, etc.) you'd like to see on the forum?
Maybe some what to look for when buying certian used weapons.
3.) What would you like to see added to the forum?
I am pretty darn happy with it the way it is.
4.) What is the worst part of the forum?

5.) What is a charity in Texas that you'd like to see us support?
I can't think of any Texas based off hand. I support the Wounded Warrior Project and USO. Maybe support some local VFW posts? I am member of Post 9182. I know of one charity event that could use support. My other passion is motocross and this is a great event for low income and broken home children: http://www.racerxonline.com/article/big-brothers-big-sisters-%E2%80%9Cday-to-play-in-the-dirt%E2%80%9D.aspx
The first one was this year and it went great!!!

• The Home Town section is great: good idea and format.
• Minor gun repair & tuning. How to do minor common repairs, improving trigger and action workings. Basically some very minor and common gunsmithing.
• Can’t say I know of anything else right now that needs to be added to the forum.
• Can’t say there is a “Worst” part of the forum. So far good job Alan!!!
• As for a charity; anything that helps kids.
• As for T-shirts if you can get them is a 6X I’ll take 3. Hats would also be a good option.

Have one already. I think if I'd get another TGT Tshirt I'd want a different design instead of the same one. I do like MadMos idea about a ball cap. I wear 'em.
