What happened to building muzzleloaders in shop class? School rifle teams? This country has become bigtime pussified. Good for Florida.

How about an anti dumb shit policy. If you suspend a kid and it's dumb the teacher that reported it gets suspended without pay for being a dumb shit. Let kids play. As long as they're not really shooting each other they're not murderers

The fact that a state has to pass a bill like this is saddening in-of-itself...on-top of wasting legislators time when they could be doing something more important.

Welcome to the Liberal-led education system. They criminalize young boys in an effort to make the rest of them wussies.

And it's nothing new - In 1976, my 5th grade teacher told our class that white men were responsible for all of the world's problems, and that our generation was going to have to pay the price to make things right.

Texas needs to get in front of this stuff also.
OK, we're in front, now what?

After the law is passed, the wussified will dream up another unrealistic threat, then another law (or amendment to existing) .... rinse and repeat.

Keeping Texas Red and pushing the Libs. down seems more effective long term, IMO.

Exactly. Electing conservatives will prevent pussification laws in the first place.

This should be a non-issue. With situations as absentminded and petty as these that cause so much controversy, we're edging closer to a world much like that in George Orwell's "1984". The forcible simplification of the human mind and stripping of rights will inevitably lead to a dystopian society if left unresolved. It starts with simple, small issues and grows until it gets out of hand.
