Conceal Carry in Texas State Parks

My wife are looking at going camping very soon and I was wondering can I conceal carry in the Texas State Parks.....I know I need to review the wheres and where not to's just wanted some input from ya'll?

Unless you are hunting or fishing, yep. Or you can carry a long gun.

I never really knew about the hand gun issues in a state park because I just carry a rifle. Shoulder strap is better for me. I simply hate CC. I cant stand having something bunched up on my waist more less in my pocket.

I guess the Renegade and the Investigator got me good on this thread. I will admit I never heard of anyone getting eaten by the wildlife in a state park either.
