    Doesn't mean it's not posted 30.06.

Perhaps, give em a call ask for the manager, listen to what he/she has to say.

Can't/won't supply the answer, consider going elsewhere.

The law now allows you to carry. Don't go to places where it is unlawful to carry.

Telling people to ignore the law and commit a crime is irresponsible.

    I agree

I just hate laws that prevent people from defending themselves.

I don’t do business with companies that post 30.06 signs.

However, if one has to choose between a small fine and being unable to defend themselves, I’m not going to begrudge them for making a logical choice.

There are so many laws on the books, I’m sure most of us break the law on a regular basis without even knowing it.

First, no law prevents anyone from defending him/herself. It can restrict the tool or weapon, but not from self-defense.
Again, unless it's a place you HAVE to go, then choose not to go if it restricts carry

If a business puts up a valid 30.06 sign they are telling you that in their mind your safety and the safety of your family is worth nothing. Why would you want to give your money to people like that?

She did not follow the law, she ignored it. Many legal ways to carry a firearm, she ignored them all.

No. There was no legal way for her to carry into the Luby’s back then. That’s why we have the CHL laws now. Her choosing to follow the law and leave her gun in the car resulted in the death of her parents.

No, it didn't. An unemployed loser shooting up the place resulted in the death of her parents.

    That’s an interesting take.

So, you don’t think she should’ve been allowed to carry her gun into Luby’s?

Are you against our LTC laws that she lobbied for and helped get passed?

Is an armed person not more likely to survive a mass shooting?

What about the Zona Caliente shooting that was stopped by a person with a LTC?

Do you think more gun control is the answer?
