I wear my shirts tucked in all the time. Theses guys seem to be pretty highly recommended for that application with the UltiClips option. Anyone here have any experience with them?

Carry smaller if it is absolutely imperative that you stay concealed while looking professional.
At least half of the armed bodyguard work I used to do involved principals that under no circumstances wanted to see an icky gun. I carried small framed, bigger punch type pistols. Sometimes two of them.

Big Green you mentioned UltiClips option, I ordered one from Wright Leather and it came in a UltiClip container and is a steel clip, nothing like what tier1 shows, I'm confused. I have the clip they show and its plastic.

Let’s get @mm54943 in here to see what he knows. He just ordered a new holster, perhaps he upgraded the clips too.

I'm not built for an IWB holster these days, or a tucked in shirt for that matter... so I roll OWB. Big fan of the 1791 brand. I have two plus a double mag holder. One for a railed full size 1911 and one for a 4" 1911. Had the first one for a couple of years, stitching began to pull out and I dropped them an email asking if I could send it in for repair. They said no, they'd replace it for free - for life - and they did. Can't beat that for customer service. Great company and IMHO a quality product for concealed carry.

White Hat holsters. They are a well made holster that will last for a long time. You can get various prints on the kydex. They are based in Texas. Pass on the horse hide because it will take months just to break in.

Crossbreed Supertuck and Minituck. Hard to go wrong with this choice either.

I carry IWB almost every time. Over the years it's been mostly G19, G26, HK P30 SK, Kahr, G43 and Springfield Hellcat. The were other holster brand used, but those two were standouts in the IWB designs.

Colt Officers in a Tucker 'The Answer" 90% of the time and a Sticky the other 10% I don't like the Tucker belt clips though as they seem to break real easy. Bought some thicker Kydex and made a bending jig. I still break one occasionally but it was a lot cheaper just to make them myself.

Especially since I've been retired, my preference is a well made outside the waistband leather holster. A shirt or jacket (based on the time of year) covers it nicely and it's comfortable. I'm a skinny guy (6'1" at about 160 lbs.) and that makes it much easier to cover the gun
