It's laughable to say that gabby Gifford is why the legislature needs to be able to carry anywhere.

Well no crap. Why isn't that a reason to apply that law to everyone?

In fact the Texas Constitution explicitly applies to EVERY EVERY EVERY citizen on this issue.

I disagree only because I am a big fan if property rights. If someone doesn't want a gun on their property that is their right and I will respect it by not going on their property.
