The double video post is because of the stupid auto html tag thing. When posting a YT video like that, easiest thing to do is right next to the box where you are typing the post (not on a quick reply but a regular post) in the top right hand corner next to that box there is an icon with two "A's" in it. Click that first, then put in the YT link and it won't put the url tags around it and won't post the vid twice.
