And except for counties in "areas with high hospitalizations", "no person may be required by any jurisdiction to wear or mandate the wearing of a face covering."

Only current counties are:

• Culberson
• El Paso

Linky to the no-shit actual piece of paper that King Abbot blathered about today. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Seems like municipalities will be handcuffed, but private entities can still make their own rules for entry to a business and have someone trespassed if they don't leave when asked.

Wonder if he's betting a bunch of police agencies won't be willing to get involved with this kind of crap in the big 5 metros so they don't end up killing someone who shouldn't be killed over a trespass violation.
