corp of engineer case: morris vs corp

The judge overseeing this case has issued an injunction against the corps banning of legal concealed carry on their land and lakes. Anyone knowledgeable with this case know if this applies to all corp of engineer lands and lakes or just those in Idaho where the case was filed?? There is not a date set for trail yet, hopefully the corp will stop fighting it. No idea if I put this thread in the right place, please move it if it ain't.

I would not call this a win yet, nor would I just start carrying at COE property. Rulings can happen at any time.
