Corpus Christi Boil Water order

E coli found in tap water. 24 hour boil order in effect while the city mitigates.

Normally caused by flooded waste water treatment plants and only "localized" boil notices, any idea why this one happened?

It depends on how old the field/system is and whether or not it grandfathered out of a BFP requirement.


I'm still curious what the source of e coli was.

I been in in SA during the water boil. Just heard it's been lifted. No need to bring water from SA...
