Crimson Trace Customer Service

I don’t know if any of you have ever called Crimson Trace customer support. I called them today, told them my problem and they shipped a complete replacement + a prepaid return package. Extremely polite, courteous and professional and they back their products up.

Others could learn from them !

i've heard similar stories regarding springfield armory and leupold products as well. good to know of another company willing to take care of its customers
