Shitty marketing wannabes. I’ll guess this is a Vegas/Clark County EM exercise to fill the square to get fed funding and the marketing “intern” from UNLV got a two-sentence paragraph of the event description and was told to find 100 bodies that can be there at showtime.

Full scale DoD Ex’s contract with entities that usually have an internal cast of full time OPFOR that can fill whatever role you want.
