Posting this for a friend who's an experienced gunsmith. I have a model 10 that he worked on for me years ago that I cherish and is a gem in my collection. Make this one yours.

    .38 spl
    Night Front Sight
    Double Action Only
    Pinned Hammer Bobbed
Trigger\Action gone through he puts a great trigger on these guns.
Custom profiled trigger that was rounded and polished for easy smooth use
Stainless Steel finish he works with a bead blaster then brush
    Hogue Wood Grips
    Beveled and polished chambers.
Timing will be perfect, gaps and action will be perfect. He's gone through everything to make this a great S&W.

$750.00 firm and worth every penny.

If it's the same friend who did the work on that SW trigger of yours that you showed me at the first Houston meet, I'll vouch that it's probably a great trigger.

Does/did this gunsmith work at the 290 Gander Mountain? I ask because that guy had a 64 there on consignment a while back that looked much like this one.

    Nope.

I do actually know the gun you're talking about. It was a gunsmith school project. I looked over it and although good this one is much better. The guy who did this was a gunsmith when the gander guy was in diapers.

This one is by the same guy who did my revolver.

I would, but I have all the S&W wheel gun I can justify. But dayum that thing is beyond purty! Temptation ... awfully strong nonetheless.
