I have a lightly used CZ P07 in 9mm, I am the second owner. Previous owner didn’t shoot it much, and neither did I as well. If I had to estimate round count, probably would be somewhere between 250 and 300. Comes with 4 magazines, 3 are 10 rounders and 1 is a 12 rounder. FTF within a 10 mile radius of 77001, at an FFL of your choosing. Will cover cost of transfer. Asking $475.

FYI, you can 100% legally ship a handgun to a buyer within Texas without the need for an FFL on either end.
Understand, but not comfortable with that. I can ship from FFL to FFL if anyone is interested. Also have 2 IWB holsters, a kydex and cross breeds for an additional $25

Bump. Price drop $450. Buyer must be willing to do a transfer at FFL, personal preference.

I have a license to carry. Do I still need to go through a 4473? I'm in the Houston area.

Probably not, but depends on the FFL. Reason I need to go thought FFL because the gun is on my out of state license and the only way I can get it removed is if I have a receipt from an FFL that it has been sold. If this wasn’t the case, it would just be a regular FTF with bill of sale.

When I left NYS 25 years ago, I didn't have to move/remove any guns from my permit. The permit expired and that was that. I\Have things changed or are you maintaining a residence there?

I still have property there, my understanding is that this allows me to keep the license active. Plus with the Bruen decision there might be a chance that NY finally allows CC.

Only NYS residents may possess handguns there (except without prior temporary permission, eg., for competitions).

Once you change your domicile to a different state, you can no longer possess handguns there. That was true when I lived there, and I doubt they changed it for the better. Check it out with someone like NYSRPA; don't contact law enforcement.
