Anyone own or have experience with the CZ527 especially interested in owners results with the CZ 527 Varmint .223, Laminated Stock, I've heard the accuracy and overall quality is very good.
I've heard nothing but good things about CZ rifles at work. The option of the featherlight trigger setting really cuts down on flinch / pushing issues.
I was looking at the cz527 or a savage FP10 both seem equal except the cz appears to have higher quality stock, my CZ hanguns were super accurate out of the box and would hope rifles are same.
I would go CZ over Savage. The CZ uses the Mauser style action, which is proven and easy, plus it has the featherweight trigger like I mentioned earlier.
savages shoot well but are built rather crudely in terms of fit and finish. i had a 10fp that shot extremely well, but the bolt was pretty loose in the chamber, had a very hard lift, and was very rough going back and forth.
if CZ's rifles are anything like their pistols, they will be great. probably nothing amazing in terms of fit and finish, but surely ahead of the savage
