    No, but I am building an Encore in .375 H&H Magnum

    Contender frames won't take over 48,000 PSI and in the instance of a 10" Contender barrel being chambered for .50BMG, which wouldn't be doable because you couldn't have a big enough barrel as far as diameter to make it work on the Contender platform, the barrel would be roughly 5 and one half inches chamber and 4.5 inches of barrel. You'd not get much velocity if you didn't blow your hand up. But in .223 it will reach out to 150+ and kill a deer or coyote and is easily shootable with one hand.

    I've got a .577 Nitro Express Westley Richards and a .458 Lott if you want to talk about "how big relative pecker sizes are of members of this forum" but it's a pretty silly tangent.

    We all have our interests...

    I was happy with the $125 instead of $200 pricing. Was nice to get a deal.
