This is the frame for my bow blind. It is made of fully welded 1” EMT. I skinned it with corrugated tin, and the windows are screen to shoot through. It is blacked out, and quite comfy. It is a 6’ cube.
This is one that my dad and I built together. It is the forever blind. 1-½” square tubing, fully welded frame, Hardiboard siding, R panel roof, smoked plexiglass windows. It is 4x8. The only thing I’d change, would be to make it 6’ deep, so there is room to stretch my legs and recline. I sit for long periods. I would also make the windows a little taller, otherwise it is really darn comfy.
