Yeah I did see a comparison. They said that this shows even more that assault rifles should be banned because with a pistol there was only 2 shot compared to the Florida shooting where 17 were killed. This wasn’t on the news just in a forum but It does show how the libs think.

The comparison I was talking about is that in Florida the shooter didn't have any armed resistance, but in Maryland there was, meaning less chance of more casualties.
