Ordered the gray piranha G10 grips from Hogue for my .44/50ae DE. The first set were not a tight fit and pivoted back and forth on the grip screws. I returned them and they sent a second set, which were better but still had some movement. I like the grips though so decided to keep them and bedded the top internal lugs with a bit of epoxy and now they are solid. Mine is an Israeli made pistol so there may be a slight differences in machining compared to U.S. manufactured DEs? That aside, they are a big improvement over the stock plastic grips. It makes the grip narrower and has significantly better grip texture.
