The accurate no 5 is in an older Winchester bottle but it is full and is fresh powder. I got this along with the Win 231 on a trade from a long standing member @deemus who can attest to this. I believe he scooped what feels like way more than a pound from an 8 pound jug and gave it to me.

Everything else is full and bought by me

Yes. #5 is good powder. I have a jug I pour it into a 1 lb bottle fir ease of use. And yes, it more than a lb.
