OK glad to hear from the ultimate authority...won't need to wonder!
The power of humor!
Well from past history, the dispatchers are eating and talking thrash about a certain officer. Maybe preparing for which one they are gonna bone.

Now we hear what he fantasizes about...
Yep, you are the perfect cop and the perfect person. You and you alone know the right and best way to treat people.
You are the only person in the world who has had to face an angry person.
We bow down before your perfection.
I asked a simple Q (twice) and you still don't answer it but respond with sarcasm. I guess I touched a nerve. It's like me telling my dentist how to fill a cavity because well I've had a cavity before. I still get amazed at how stubborn some folks on a forum can be and the hostility towards LE. It's a lot easier to say, "Hey you might be right because I have never been in that situation. Thanks for explaining a different perspective I didn't know about." Nope, just easier to be a *ick.
Is this thread still drifting?
That's twice that you've used the "you must be an expert in order to criticize something" fallacy.
It's just not true.
You don't have to be a Michelin starred chef to realize that McDonalds is low quality food.
You don't have to be an expert artist to see that drunk housewives getting together in a room in a strip mall on a Saturday to paint the same picture isn't top quality fine art.
I could go on.
Also, you seem to be under the impression that getting away with things is a validation of those actions.
If a guy goes out and drives home with a .14 BAC every weekend but is never pulled over and never crashes, should he then think, "everyone who criticizes me is a moron. I'm a great driver"?
Let's say a "troublemaker" patriot like Matefrio intentionally refused to show the LTC or fork over the weapon (for ease of argument, let's say it's in a locked steel box on his hip and he doesn't have the key).
What happens then?
What if the LEO decides to teach him a lesson?
Yeah, I'm just going to to try and be a voice of reason...
You're both right, and a little wrong.
It depends on the situation, and we're ALL imagining the worst situation when we read something on the internet.
I've read both sides, and can see each of your points, when viewed from the same "angle".
Stop trying to argue and find a way to agree... or just shut the **** up.
Just my take, feel free to jump all over me for it.
