DV and .mil are being paid for the work they did or are doing or are compensated for the injury. That wasn't what I was referring to.Where does the put disabled vets and active duty military? Both receive direct payments from the government that is not compensation for work.
I was referring to folks on welfare or unemployment etc where they get a government handout.
I wanted to get the bulk of the concept across with out writing a novel, perhaps I was overly sussinct.
I am not really suggesting this all that seriously. I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to something like that, but it's probably because I think it would work in my favor, but I think it is an interesting discussion.
