The nearest butcher, Culebra Meat Market does not and will not order it for me, either.

I can order them from D'Artagnan but they are pricey and then there is the cost of overnight shipping.

I can get veal cutlets for scaloppine at H-E-B, but I'll give Central Market a call and see if they can get veal chops.

Use to be the calf was crated & kept in the dark. Commercial veal is no longer done this way.
