Don't get me started - I'm trying to get "way ahead" on bills, but I keep getting drawn back to the ads. So far, MOST of the stuff I've been able to avoid.....

    But there's this Randall......

I always have money...money I can justifiably use to increase my collection is another story, but yes, I do. You never know when that 1500 dollar gun you've been eying will show up for 800 bucks--then how could you say no?

Like that guy said up top. Its like reading a Playboy, but on the Gun Porn Site with cash you could get it. lol

I go and look everywhere I go. I might be going somewhere across town, like the hardware store, on the way to work (work nights), or after a doctors appointment, I some how end up driving right by the local gun shops, pawn shops or gun shows, and I just have to stop in for just a sec to check if they have something I need. Drives my wife crazy. She wised up one day and asked "what "IT" was that I was looking for?" I could have lied, but why? I just told her the truth; "I don't know yet. I have to go and see what it is they have and then I'll know if I was looking for it or not." Her responce was, "OH Hurry up." I guess it did not matter that I had just spend 3 hours shopping with her at the mall. I sat and played poker on cell while she ran here and their. I only do it once a year at Christmas so its not to bad.

This was a good question to ask.

    I'm a classifieds junkie.
Whatever I'm into at the time, I'm cruising classifieds - newspaper, forums, you name it.
Besides scoring some good deals, you can get a quick eduction on a new interest.

My downfall is any gun show within 2 hour driving range. I'll still go even if I've only got $200 spare cash on me and not a dime more. I sort of look at it as an educational opportunity for my 14 and 15 year old boys though. The 14 year old can pretty much appraise ANYTHING within +/- $25 and be spot on. I have noticed though that now that I'm older and fatter I shop more, collect more, and hunt and shoot less. I guess that's not a good thing.
