Meanwhile, brother Chris is threatening to have a Fox News reporter arrested at the Sag Harbor Yacht Club boat ramp when reporter asked if he talked to Andy... as Chris docks his dual/twin Yamaha 425hp V8 powered boat in a private slip. I really would like to get some clips of Chris opining about Carbon use and climate change.

Here's an interesting opinion or thought.

He might be able to cut some sweetheart deal on criminal charges, (not that I expect any would ever be.) but what would be rather interesting is if all the families of those elderly that died in nursing homes, filed civil lawsuits against Cuomo!

Burden of proof is much lower in civil trials than criminal trials. If nothing were accomplished but bankrupting him might be some measure of justice.

Janice Dean said yesterday that it's in the works. They expect numerous individual suits.

I do not think, that even in that leftist scumhole dark-hole of NY, that the state's Attorney General can find anyone guilty of any crimes; I think that is still left to a judge (non-jury trial) or a jury to decide.

In answer to your question, the great majority of people in NY state are liberals/leftists - like it used to be in TX until not so long ago (until around 1987 and even at least one of TX's Republican governors since then was a RINO - GWB). Go figure why people vote in demoncrats (or other libs) year after year, what with their truly anti-American rhetoric and their socialist and commie leanings (hidden or outright). I will never be able to fathom it. In NY, most of them live within or close to New York City, Buffalo, Rochester and Albany and their numbers are overwhelming when it comes to voting. As some radio host used to say, 'liberalism is a mental disorder' (or something like that) and it certainly holds true in elections and festers long term, especially in places like NY. Hopefully, NY will be able to break free from the grip of that disease and free itself or tyrannical rule within my lifetime. It would be nice to see a drastic change with the leftists ousted just as it happened here in TX.
Glenn, back in the 80s being a Democrat didn't mean the same thing as it does today. The Democrat back then didn't spit on the flag, call for defunding police, push the gay agenda and basically were solid citizens for the most part. Where the Dems have gone since has turned our state blue. The two party systems means picking the lesser of two evils in many cases. For instance, I was not thrilled with Trump as I felt he was a scumball but compared to the Hillary-beast he was the only real choice. Once he got in I was pleasantly surprised that he actually did or tried to do what he said (except LOCK HER UP). Wish they had kicked him off of Twitter from day 1 though...

IMO, the biggest mistake Trump made was not cleaning his house out the very moment he was officially recognized as being president. I think most of the attacks on him came from within the White House itself, and information that was leaked outside from the White House that was used against Trump.

We're half way through his "2 week notice" - Cuckomo is trying to grab as much cash as possible on the way out -

And I have a feeling there's going to an excuse not to leave...

Unspecified misdemeanor charge has been filed.

“Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple said investigators filed the misdemeanor charge in Albany City Court, and a summons was issued to Mr. Cuomo. A spokesman for the state court system confirmed the court had received a complaint related to a misdemeanor sex crime.”

An elite murderer gets a misdemeanor sex crime charge, par for the course. Our justice system is truly screwed up.

He's been accused of "forcible touching" what ever the hell that is.
