Sigh, my only remaining really “long” gun is a barely used 3.5” camo Mossberg 500.
I still can remember. . . . .

I don’t go to Walmart without a gun but it is concealed. I would bet carrying a long gun openly at Walmart might be interpreted as trying to alarm the locals and make a case for a disorderly conduct charge. Something a YouTube video maker might make. Wasn’t someone shot while examining a airgun at Walmart?IF YOU THINK YOU NEED TO CARRRY A LONGUN INTO WALMART WITH YOU TO SHOP I'D SUGGESTMOVING TO BETTER NIEGHBORHOOD!
Yes they have, though it's not common. So it likely wouldn't be common for someone to get convicted for carrying under 0.08BAC. And there's also the advantage that there is no "implied consent" to take a BAC test for carrying.BUT PEOPLE HSVE BEEN CONVICTED ODWI AT LOWER THAN.08BAC
You been to the Palestine Walmart after dark lately?.....IF YOU THINK YOU NEED TO CARRRY A LONGUN INTO WALMART WITH YOU TO SHOP I'D SUGGESTMOVING TO BETTER NIEGHBORHOOD!
I prefer carrying a compact submachine gun, so I do. In winter a 11.5bbl 5.56 full auto rifle under a long coat. You been to the Palestine Walmart after dark lately?.....
PROBABLY WHY I DON'T LIVE IN PALESTINE OR THAT WE VERY SELDOM SHOP AT WALMART!You been to the Palestine Walmart after dark lately?.....
CARE TO SHOW SOME EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU THINK IS A SPECIFIC NEED?I think that if a person has a specific need, then rifle carrying may be OK; but never just to intimidate others.
I actually think intimidating others IS a legitimate need. There are situations where carrying a rifle would intimidate people who would do me harm. Like the lawyer in MO when the BLM thugs came to his neighborhood.CARE TO SHOW SOME EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU THINK IS A SPECIFIC NEED?

True. But I'm not sure where the Bill of Needs says you can only carry a handgun in public, but not a long gun.THEY WERE ALSO ON PRIVATE PROPERTY THEY ALSO FELT THREATENED BY THE MOB OF PEOPLECOMING ONTO THEIR PROPERTY MUCH DIFFERENT THAN BEING IN PUBLIC WITH A LONG GUN!

YOU MUST THINKONLY YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE AN OPINION!<>
I just went to gas-up for our Houston trip in the AM and heard some genius on radio telling his audience that citizens shouldn’t be allowed to carry long-guns in public b/c of others’ ’’perceptions’’.
Wished I could have asked him just how many other Constitutional RIGHTS should be subject to negation by liberals’ ‘’perceptions’’ ?
How much more of this will Americans take without an explosion ?
