As I understand the Jodies are long gone and forgotten in todays Army

Only the best ones for the Air Force. All that's left is Tiny Bubbles and ones that equate to "We're better than everybody else and will tell you so without using harsh language." Our TIs and MTLs would even write you up for using profanity.

That's right- join the military to kill other human beings? Acceptable.
Join the military to use language which has been common to it since the first cadre of cavemen figured out how to say, "**** you?" NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It's pretty sad.
