No but at 8 years old I did tear apart my Great Uncles lawn mower motor with nothing but a pair of vice grips and a hammer. It came apart just fine. But it did not all fit back together much better than that Glock.

I don't understand how he got the extractor out without depressing the safety plunger. Unless, those marks by the extractor slot shows that he forcefully pried it out. If so, this person has no business owning a gun.
