    They had a series on the History Channel about a year ago on the founding of Kelloggs and a few other food companies. it was called "The Foods that built America".
    Kelloggs started in a Sanitarium serving it to the patients.

    Excellent series, I found it riveting as well as their "The Men Who Built America" and "The Cars Who Made America," amongst others...

    Their facilities are absolutely disgusting. I haven’t purchased Kellogg cereal since seeing them years ago. Now, I understand that other large factories may have the some of the same infrastructure problems but seeing first hand Kellogg not doing much to clean things up drove me past wanting any of their products.
