So, a good guy from the south who has a CCW permit, who knew he was heading into enemy territory for the holidays and LEFT HIS GUN AT HOME, still found himself with the man's jack boot on the back of his neck.

This is Nazism at its purest form.

A guy gets pulled over in Maryland headed home to Florida from visiting family

The Nazi cop ask him where his gun was (I guess he knew from a CCW database).
The guy said he didn't have it and what happened next is unfreaking believable

typical socialist fodder. Let's make the average joe tax payer the enemy. disclaimer, I did not fully research the back story. add to this list, "massive two shits", etc socialist states as you see fit. Soon, it'll be us gun owners against the 'establishmen't.

it's not getting bad... it IS bad now

It's like the excrement has contacted the oscillating blades, only in slow motion and there is nothing we can do to stop it apparently

I guess that cop was too busy hassling Mr. Filippidises to notice that I was carrying multiple weapons through Maryland at about the same time. LOL

Don't go to Maryland, all I can say. It must be bad when you got folks from New Jersey complaining. I want to know how the cop knew the man in the article owned a gun. That's weird. Also, say he did have it in the vehicle, that's not illegal, even in California.

Let me state the default "We don't know the full story", but if the events happened the way the article says, I would like to know how the officer knew the man owned a gun. I don't think Florida has a registry do they? Even if they do, would officers from the Transportation Authority Police be able to see that info? The article doesn't say the man presented his CCW either, and I don't think the Transportation Authority Police would be able to see he had that either....so im curious...

I know I know...2 sides. I always give LEO the benefit of the doubt......but this dude? Please. So what if he DID have the gun? This cop is obviously one of the bad ones....probably cant whip his way out of a wet paper bag, so he compensates by acting big and bad. I know the huge majority of cops dont act like this, but then you have a puke like this pop up.

Would a fla driver license have a carry license indicator?
Only legalish explanation I can muster. For the asshat to have knowledge of the victim owning a gun that is.

I don't get it how'd the COP know he was a gun owner?

many of us have suspected for years that they keep the NICS data and use it, even though the law says they have to delete it.
I don't know how they knew either, and I wished we could clear that part of the story up

About 2 years ago I posted a nearly identical story on this forum, though I was not removed from car.

Happened within a few miles of the same place, by the same agency.

I was profiled as a result of Texas plates IMO, he for Florida plates probably.
