    Somewhere in Texas!
You'll never eat another squirrel if you are squeamish after seeing several come out of a cows ass, after they had enjoyed a delicacy of deceased cow, several days old. Protein is protein, unless it originates from bugs...

    Out here by the lake!
baboon, that German onion/potato/egg dish you posted the other day looks like it turned out pretty good based on the pic you sent. I look forward to seeing your culinary skills at work on this newest dish. Yum!
Out here in rural Central Texas I’d give it a try if I had excess to the herbs & spices. Surprisingly in my short time here not rats have been detected, little less rice fed field rats.

A clean grass-fed free-roaming rat is much better eating than diseased NYC subway rat.
Kinda like we eat bacon and other parts of pigs while some cultures see the animal as filthy and nasty since it rolls in its own feces all day.
    Different folks, different strokes.
These ladies actually cleaned the rats pretty well and prepared them nicely. A+
