    It came with a nice set of black/gray VZ G10 grips but….. I like wood on 1911’s. This is an RIA Ultra FS in .40S&W with new solid Cocobolo diamond grips. I am happy with the transformation.

    Best 1911 I ever shot was a .40S&W built as a Limited-10 competition gun. Smooth as silk and you had to actively try to miss a A-zone. If I had a choice, I'd rather have a 1911 in .40S&W than .45ACP.....
