And why would this Czar putts want to infiltrate/investigate? people on it.

The terrorist list put out by Janet Napalitano, gun owners, vets, people that don't want health care, people sick of illegals etc and people that speak out against tyranny. You better get up to speed. The government has done this for fifty years man.
