El Paso Gun Show - Forum Ballroom?

Was driving into work this morning and saw a billboard stating there was a show this weekend (07/16 & 17).

Found some info on it:

City/State - El Paso, TX
Description - The El Paso Gun Show will be held on Jul 16th-17th, 2022 in El Paso, TX. This El Paso gun show is held at The Forum Ballroom and hosted by AZ Gun Radio. All federal, state, and local firearm ordinances and laws must be obeyed.

This show was originally scheduled for the civic center but rescheduled. Not sure how it will be but I’m hoping it will be like some I’ve been to outside ELP.
I’m planning on going on Sunday.

If that's your thing, the show is AR & Handgun heavy. Lot's of ammo at inflated prices, but very little reloading supplies.

The venue was tiny compared to the Shrine.
The turnout however was excellent. There was a lot of folks shopping, thus it was easy to sell my Girsan MC28SA, and a .357 Windicator.

Unable to find a buyer for my Polish P64, but there is another show this weekend at the Shrine anyways.

Man that was the worst $12 I’ve ever spent. I think the venue was abut the same size as the Shriner Temple and mostly the same vendors. Maybe I’m spoiled that I get to go the the PremierShow in Ft Worth. Yesterday was Lots of junk and not many firearms.

1st Gun Show in a long time. It was 90% ARs & handguns. I did spot this milsurp & asked the seller what it was (I already knew).
He stated it was the original rifle to use 8mm & very rare.
I asked where he got that info. He said a buddy told him.
I replied that his buddy was seriously misinformed, as was he.
150 Tacos later I had this. My addiction for Argentine Pattern M1891s requires that I added a 13th one to the collection even though it had been sporterized (no metal was harmed).

This one wasn't that bad... I was able to find a few great deals:
- Picked up a semi-new Mossberg 590 for $150 in the parking lot. I didn't ask questions, I just paid the gal. No damage or missing parts; works great.
- Paid $10 for a full 15 lb coffee can of Lyman #2 lead.
- An AZ company was there selling serialized (unfinished billet) AR receivers for $59. Picked up 2 consecutive SN receivers.

Found a buyer for my FRX (Turkish shotgun). +$250.

Never mind... now I know why it was $150.

Found out yesterday that the extractor on the bolt is broken. So far, that is all that found that is an issue. Good thing it's an easy fix. I tore it down completely last night and cleaned it up and oiled it. Thankfully I still don't see anything else wrong with it or missing.
