Email notifications

I suddenly stopped getting my email notifications of new posts to subscribed threads.
Anybody have any ideas?
Yes, I have (& had) the proper box checked in the settings.

This is the second time in 6-12 months it has happened to me.

I have the opposite problem: I get an email for every reply instead of how it used to work where you'd get notified once until you revisited the thread. MateFrio's knife thread 'bout drove me gawdam crazy...
